Seniors are cherishing every moment together before their last year at Stillwater High School.
The Class of 2026 kicked off the school year with an annual tradition called “Senior Sunset.” The students met up at the Sunset Spot ready to play games, decorate their cars and have a cookout.
Senior Madeline Thomas attended the event and brought her own grill to cook hotdogs for the senior class.
“It was fun,” Thomas said,” I enjoyed grilling for everyone.”
Senior Cameron Lang has a passion for photography, so she brought her camera and took pictures of the event.
“I like taking pictures in general, so it was super sweet to be able to do so at an event that so many people have been looking forward to and will look back on for years to come,” Lang said. “I probably took 140 photos, which is pretty low for me.”
Senior Luke Kirkpatrick started his senior year with his friends and making memories.
“I enjoyed seeing my friends,” Kirkpatrick said. “I had a lot of fun playing the games that were there.”
