Three members of the Pom team did double duty during football season as they performed at halftime with the Pioneer Marching Band.
Junior Jaydyn Crocker, who plays the snare drum, said she enjoys being in both Pom and Band.
“It’s really fun and I like doing both,” Crocker said.
Crocker said she had to run fast to transition from Pom to performing at halftime for Band.
“I was just running as fast as I can,” she said.
Junior Emilie Knapp, who plays the saxophone, said it’s rewarding to be in both Pom and Band.
“Its stressful, but it is very rewarding,” she said.
Knapp said she has to talk with the coaches a lot in order to do both.
“Honestly, I talk with the coaches and do one thing with one time and doing the other thing another time,” she said.
